mixed experience

unclean rooms unreliable wifi

the staff were helpful at times, especially in the restaurant.

the rooms were not clean. the bathroom was particularly bad, i avoided standing in it without footwear. the wifi was unreliable throughout the hotel (even in public areas).

enjoyable stay with some highlights

animation team friendly staff sea view

the animation team was a lot of fun! they really tried to get everyone involved. the bar staff were also good and made nice drinks. the rooms had a great view of the sea. there were also good sea activities like paragliding and other water sports.

the lifts can be slow and crowded, especially during peak times.

the double room sea view had a nice balcony. i observed that the room also featured individual climate control. two separate sinks are available in the bathroom.

the hotel offers both indoor and outdoor pools . the outdoor pool area includes about 20 loungers with shaded sections. there are three treadmills and two stationary bikes at the gym.

improper cleaning room cleaning

the location is pretty good. it is not too far from the airport.

our room was not properly cleaned . the cleaner only cleaned our room once during four days!

private beach diverse food helpful staff

The hotel has a private beach accessible directly from the hotel. This was very convenient for swimming and sunbathing. There are multiple restaurants on site. I found diverse options for food. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance with directions.

The gym equipment showed a bit of wear.
